Colourful cakes, sandwiches and Instagrammable desserts are all waiting to be eaten

While social distancing measures continue to affect when and where we can eat, when it comes to enjoying good food, diners have found ways to adapt to the city's most recent evening dine-in bans. Delivery breakfasts, desserts, and pre-batched bottled cocktails are now the norm, and you can always count on afternoon tea as a way to support Hong Kong’s food and beverage industry—several hotels have resumed dine-in afternoon tea sessions and are also offering takeaway tea sets for anyone craving cakes, scones, and tea at home.
