The beloved restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong launches a seasonal truffle feast
This winter, truffle lovers are in for a treat as Mandarin Grill + Bar presents a delectable menu featuring black truffles from Périgord, France. From now until 23 February 2020. The establishment’s chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge highlights the prized truffles in an exclusive four-course menu, available at both lunch and dinner services. The four-course black truffle menu is priced at HK$1,888 per person. A la carte black truffle dishes are also available.
