This September, dine on fried chicken at Blue Butcher

As an American style restaurant and bar, Blue Butcher is holding fast to tradition and celebrating September as ‘Chicken Month’ along with the rest of the United States. In addition to their well-known wagyu beef, French Denaux lamb and kurobota pork, a special menu item will be available for one month only: fried chicken. After thorough taste tests and assessing different cooking methods, Blue Butcher will present a double-breaded, twice-fried buttermilk chicken with chilli spiced compressed watermelon and classic American coleslaw, served with homemade maple syrup barbecue dipping sauce.

Priced at HK$230, head over early, as the chicken special will be available in limited quantities each night.
