Maximal Concepts’ steakhouse is calling steak frites aficionados for its new dinner offering

Celebrating the variety of steaks and the great ways to prepare them, Blue – Butcher and Meat Specialist is launching a new dinner offering, as guests can indulge an unlimited free-flow of French fries with the establishment’s exclusive bespoke steaks ranging from Australian Black Angus grass-fed sirloin and Irish John Stone grass-fed T-bone steak, priced at HK$280. Guests can also opt for the exclusive Spanish Rubia Gallega tomahawk cut, dry-aged in the restaurant’s in-house custom fridge for 45 days, as well as Australian Full Blood wagyu tomahawk steak, a similar distinguished cut with a well-balanced flavour with rich marbling. Guests can also add an additional HK$20 per person to upgrade the bottomless fries to the establishment’s signature truffle parmesan fries. The new bespoke steaks and unlimited French fries are available from now until December 31, 2019.
