The meat-oriented establishment extends its weekend brunch menu with buffet options, drinks and dessert stations

Meat-focused restaurant Blue is presenting a new brunch this March, refreshing its buffet-style offerings every week to add to the ongoing offerings of various salads, fresh seafood and cheese selections. There will also be a collection of crudo dishes, charcuterie, toasts, and carvings.

The options for main courses showcase Blue’s meaty specialties, from signature cuts to bestselling offerings such as The Butcher’s Burger, free-range baby chicken, coal-roasted Canadian pork, deep fried foie gras, pan-seared salmon and cavatelli. The brunch is topped off with a standalone dessert station where a selection of cakes and flaky pastries are on display, as well as a live pancake station where guests can plate their own creations. Guests can enjoy an additional beverage option for HK$60 per person for unlimited freshly squeezed juices, or HK$345 for a free-flow package including selected house wines, cocktails and draft beers. The Blue weekend brunch is available on both Saturdays and Sundays, priced at HK$450 per person.
