Bostonian Launches Exclusive Easter Brunch This April

This Easter weekend, Bostonian Seafood & Grill is extending its four-hour seafood and champagne brunch to include a joyous celebration for the festival. From April 10 to 12, guests can begin the holiday brunch with the restaurant’s signature seafood tower, followed by a range of starters such as gravlax, European charcuterie, fine artisanal cheeses, and Caesar salad, together with pass-around delicacies such as half lobster Thermidor and roasted Pyrenees lamb. A choice of main courses is available, notably including the all-new Great Omaha lamb tenderloin. Guests can also join the ‘colouring egg challenge’ for a chance to win great prizes from a complimentary brunch for four to dining vouchers valued at HK$800.
The Easter Brunch is priced at HK$688 per adult and HK$344 per child. The holiday brunch includes unlimited soft drinks and orange juice. Adult guests can opt for a free-flow option at HK$888 inclusive of the above with the addition of house wines, beers, and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut N.V. champagne. Alternatively, an exclusive beverage package is available at HK$1,088 per adult including the above beverages and a champagne upgrade to Perrier-Jouet Blason Rose N.V. champagne. Guests can enjoy up to 30% discount with online prepayment for the holiday brunch.
