Bostonian Presents An All-New Seafood And Champagne Brunch

In honour of celebrating good food and drink, Bostonian Seafood & Grill is launching a new seafood and champagne brunch. Spanning a duration of four hours,the brunch presents a wide variety of gourmet treats and unlimited refill of Perrier-Jouët champagne.
Guests can begin their Sunday brunch with the restaurant’s signature seafood tower and a range of dishes such as gravlax, European charcuterie and fine artisanal cheeses, Caesar salad prepared at the live station and bone-in Iberico ham carved-to-order. A range of tableside pass-around delicacies are available, from seafood paella to baked Boston lobster, followed by made-to-order main courses such as grilled Black Angus beef tenderloin, complete with the establishment’s celebrated dessert buffet spread. The four hour Sunday brunch also features an attended play area for children with toys and organised activities.
The Sunday brunch is priced at HK$588 per adult and HK$294 per child (aged between 5 and 11), with free-flow soft drinks and orange juice. Adult guests can also opt for the free-flow option priced at HK$688, featuring house wines, beers, soft drinks, and orange juice, together with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut N.V. champagne; guests can also pay HK$788 for an upgrade to Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé N.V. champagne.
