For festive brunches, guests can upgrade the experience with an unlimited refill of champagne, beers, and wines. Alternatively chef Enrique Abilleira has designed set menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, each showcasing premium Boston lobster tail, Australian black angus tenderloin, confit wild cod and more. The festive buffet brunch is priced from HK$888 per person; New Year’s Eve dinner buffet from HK$1,138 per person; and a holiday special set dinner menu from HK$1,158 per person.
