The popular restaurant at The Langham Hong Kong showcases weekday afternoon delights
This summer, Bostonian Seafood & Grill is revamping its executive lunch menu. The steak and seafood restaurant at The Langham Hong Kong offers both a light and full executive lunch option. Guests can indulge in the establishment’s signature seafood platter that showcases a rotation of sustainable seasonal ocean harvests such as French fine de Claire no. 2 oysters, Japanese Kumamoto oysters, Mediterranean king prawns, mussels, sea whelks and smoked salmon. Both lunch set menu also include a choice of ‘platter of the day’ and soups, accompanied by freshly baked bread. The full meal lunch menu offers an additional main course of choice, with options such as grilled Spanish octopus with grapefruit; Iberico pork cheek braised in red beer; whisky-marinated Norwegian salmon; and roasted cauliflower with bagna cauda. The light lunch menu is priced at HK$188 per person, while the full lunch menu is HK$288 per person. Both set menus are available from Mondays to Fridays until August 31, 2020.
