Tantalise the palate with land and sea specialties throughout the month of November

This November, Bostonian Seafood & Grill at The Langham, Hong Kong is launching a brand new Surf n’ Turf menu featuring up to 20 combinations of delicacies. From now until November 30, guests can sample on a hearty feast of vibrant flavours such as a display of grilled steaks, including Australian wagyu strip loin, US prime rib-eye, US Kurobuta pork chop, Australian grass-fed tenderloin or double chopped New Zealand lamb rack, paired with a selection of sauces such as black peppercorn sauce, red wine bordelaise, chimichurri and lemon caper sauce.

Guests can enjoy their chef’s section steaks and chops with an alluring range of seafood items such as Alaskan king crab legs, jumbo prawns, scallops. Guests can opt for a half lobster for an additional HK$50. The Surf 'n Turf menu also includes  a mixed salad and an endless refill of truffle fries. Guests can also enjoy a glass of sommelier’s selection of red or white wine with an additional HK$50 per person.

The new Surf n’ Turf menu is priced from HK$358 per person, available from now until November 30, 2018.
