The Beijing and Huaiyang restaurant at The Royal Garden presents vibrant flavours from some of China’s favourite regional cuisines

This winter, Dong Lai Shun of The Royal Garden is launching an exciting new lunch menu with appetisers and main courses to choose from. The signature Sichuan menu set offers a choice between mutton, beef, sliced chicken, and mandarin fish poached and paired with fragrant chillies and glass noodles in spicy broth. The Beijing dumpling set also features stir-fried mutton of beef with leeks, followed by three colourful dumplings filled with chicken, each freshly made in-house every day. The brand new lunch sets are priced at HK$178 per person, available at Dong Lai Shun on weekdays between 11:30am and 2:30 pm.
