This summer, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching a brand new lunch set menu featuring dishes created and crafted by the establishment’s chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge. Prepared with the finest ingredients in season, the new menu showcases the best seafood, prime steaks and white asparagus, through dishes such as white asparagus velouté, as well as Australian ‘Cape Grim’ tenderloin. The two-course lunch is priced at HK$598 per person and the three-course lunch is HK$698 per person.
