This summer, Taikoo’s Hokkaidon is presenting new experience of udon and don with an all new selection to choose from. Guests can experience a true taste of summer with the eatery’s new set menu, beginning with a choice of starter featuring sakura shrimp salad or prawn tempura, followed by an udon (Inaniwa cold udon or pan-fried udon noodles), a miniature don rice bowl (a choice between grilled conger eel, sashimi trio, seared salmon and salmon roe, diced sashimi, and sea urchin and crab meat as toppings). The new summer udon and don set menu is available now until August 31, 2019, with prices starting at HK$178 per person.
