Chef Daniel Lee presents a brand new four-course degustation menu featuring cuts from Australia’s premium beef producer

This autumn, chef Daniel Lee of Conrad Hong Kong’s Brasserie on the Eighth is presenting a four-course degustation menu with cuts selected from Australian premium marbled beef producer – Rangers Valley. The degustation menu will showcase Lee’s signatures such as M5 black angus beef tartare; eight-hour slow-braised grain fed beef cheeks; and also the Savoy roulade. The exclusive beef-themed dinner menu is priced at HK$888 per person. 


The degustation menu and highlighted dishes are available from 2 November onwards.
