The French restaurant at Conrad Hong Kong presents a-la-carte and set menu offerings of dishes with Tasmanian black truffles

The season for Tasmanian black truffles is kicking into high gear. From July 3 to August 20, guests visiting Conrad’s signature French restaurant will be able to try a brand new tasting menu featuring an abundant harvest of black truffles. Guests can indulge in signature dishes such as seared Hokkaido scallop, carrot cream, creamy spaetzle, crustacean sauce and black truffles, poached organic egg with artichoke mousseline and truffle butter sauce, and black truffle ice cream with truffle honey Florentines as dessert. The four-course set menu is priced at HK$980 per person and five-course option at HK$1,280 per person. Guests can also order Australian truffle dishes from the a la carte options with notable dishes such as classic beef steak tartare with shaved winter black truffle, pan-roasted US prime beef tenderloin, asparagus puree with truffle bordelaise sauce, as well as an option to add additional freshly shaved black truffles at HK$40 per gram.
