The esteemed chef is set to present the best of Loire Valley

Celebrating the abundance of produce from the Loire Valley during the annual Le French Gourmay celebrations, Brasserie on the Eighth is presenting a five-day culinary showcase featuring guest chef Stephane Gaborieau. From May 15 to 19, Gaborieau is set to present his signature dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients from the historic town, including dishes such as eel stuffed with pork knuckle with gray shallot puree sabayon, as well as roasted pigeon with chard and pine nuts. The four-course tasting menu is priced at HK$1,488 per guest.
