Maximal Concepts’ Mexican restaurant launches a menu with new and reinvented dishes

This summer, Brickhouse is reinventing old classics as well as introducing some new dishes to the menu, with a strong focus on complex flavours and new techniques. New menu items include Dos Mole Pollo, Mexican Scotch Egg, and 24-hour slow-cooked beef rib. Five delicious new taco combinations have been made with traditional hand pressed corn tortillas, namely Wagyu Lookin’ At, Piggie Smalls, In Cod We Trust, Cluck You and Prawn To Be Wild, each available with homemade chilli condiments such as smoky salsa negra, or refreshing Rocket Fuel.  New cocktails are showcasing some of the best from Mexico including jalapeños, fresh watermelons, juicy limes and even cigar smoke, best complementing the new menu selection.
