This autumn, Tosca at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is collaborating with high jewellery house Bulgari in a special celebration of every woman’s inner diva, presented in the form of a limited-edition afternoon tea set available on Saturdays from September 24 to October 29.

Inspired by Bulgari’s 2016 Divas’ Dream collection, where unique pieces showcase elegant mother-of-pearls, emeralds and pink sapphires, the special afternoon tea set also pays special tribute to the beauty of Rome, the birthplace of Bulgari itself. The ornate beauty of the historic city and its and the brand’s creations are translated into afternoon sweet and savoury delights crafted by celebrated Spanish pastry chef Rafael Charquero, whose five years as head pastry chef at Il Ristorante Luca Fantin have earned him a reputation.

The afternoon tea set celebrates visual beauty, featuring delicate morsels such as:

- Madre Perla (scallop carpaccio in vanilla apple broth)
- Blue entremets (milk chocolate dessert with tea and jasmine)
- Green cake (sweet cake with pistachios and raspberry)
- Zaffiro (Spiced almond dessert with tonka beans and vanilla)

The Bulgari Divas’ Dream afternoon tea is available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm every Saturday from September 24 to October 29. The tea set is priced at HK$390 per person and HK$750 for two.
