The hotel’s all-day dining establishment delight with high spirits and Brazilian gourmet

The sunny celebration of the Olympics is extended to Café Renaissance, as guest chef Lucio Mauro of Brazil is showcasing the South American country’s scrumptious gourmet at the restaurant’s dinner buffet.

Guests can enjoy Brazil’s signature barbecue featuring beef, chicken, or lamb Churrasco, together with unique treats such as black eyed peas bean salad, prawns with cassava and coconut rice, feijoada, Brazilian fish stew and escondidnho, complete with a rich array of sweet treats including brigadeiro, caramel pudding, and tapioca with dulce de leite, accompanied by a selection of Brazilian fresh mocktails. Guests can enjoy a free flow of chilled juices and soft drinks with the dinner buffet, or add an additional HK$150 for unlimited red, white wines, draught beer and sparkling wine. The Brazilian lunch buffet is priced at HK$308 per adult and HK$188 per child, whil dinner buffet is priced at HK$568 for adult and HK$368 per child.
