The Vietnamese restaurant recreates the romance of French Indochina with revamped classic menu specials

This autumn, Causeway Bay’s An Nam is set to embark on a new Indochine culinary journey, as the restaurant launches a new menu including Vietnamese classics returning by popular demand. Guests can indulge in appetisers such as stuffed calamari skewers, chicken skewers with lemon leaves, crispy crab cakes, and signature soft shell crab avocado rice paper rolls. The establishment revamps its seafood offerings, such as satay king prawns in clay pot with glass noodles and lemongrass curry seafood. Traditional Vietnamese dishes include braised wagyu beef cheek in red wine return to An Nam’s latest menu revamp, best paired with a list of homemade cocktails.
