The new event hosted by executive chef Oli Marlow is complete with a three-course lunch

This April, Causeway Bay’s Roganic is launching a series of baking classes, taught in small groups by the restaurant’s executive chef Oli Marlow. From April 19 to May 31, the Simon Rogan restaurant will be hosting baking sessions where guests can get hands-on experience in creating two of the restaurant’s signature items.

The new baking workshop will feature two of Roganic’s favourite baked goods, the Irish soda bread and apple tart. A signature item since its opening in 2019, the Irish soda bread originated in London’s Roganic. The revamped apple tart features paper-thin ribbons of apple arranged carefully on a crisp pastry crust. Limited to four persons per session, Roganic’s baking classes start at 10:00am (Fridays and Sundays) and 3:00 pm (Sundays only) respectively, and is priced at HK$1,000 per person. The price covers a three-course lunch, the baking class and takeaway baked soda breads and apple tart, as well as complimentary refill of coffee and tea throughout the session. Online bookings are available here.
