Deluxe poon choi with abalone, whole dried scallop, fish maw, sea cucumber and many more, is available from 20 January – 11 February 2017, priced at HK$ 600 per person, for a minimum of four persons.

Chinese New Year pudding and turnip cake, handcrafted by Dynasty’s chefs, are available from 13 – 26 January 2017, priced at HK$198 per box.

Don’t forget to celebrate with your beloved ones with an exquisite eight-course poon choi menu, available for both lunch and dinner, priced at HK$ 998 per person, for a minimum of four persons. Diners can also enjoy new Executive Chef Suen Kam Sing’s Chinese New Year creation of sautéed prawns in hawthorn sauce.
