In celebration of Chinese New Year, Tycoon Tann is launching a deluxe Pot of Fortune (poon choi) in collaboration with Le Creuset. The sumptuous festive dish featuring 15 premium ingredients including whole African abalones, sea cucumbers, dried oysters, goose webs and more. The popular festive item is best shared within a party of four, and is available from now until 4 February, priced at HK$2,988 and it goes with a Le Creuset round casserole 20cm (Flame) Online reservations are available here.

Tycoon Tann is also presenting eight new Lunar New Year delicacies to celebrate the arrival of the Year of The Pig. Among them are poached garoupa fillets with caviar on steamed egg whites, honey-glazed semi-dried oyster with crispy rice rolls and braised abalone and pork belly rice with black truffle in casserole and more. Guests can also opt for three Chinese New Year set menus from HK$888 to HK$1,288 per person. Both the new festive dishes and set menus are available from now until February 28, 2019.
