This holiday season, Tycoon Tann is offering sumptuous dining experiences for guests, including the brand new festive brunch, available from December 24 to 26, as well as New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. The sumptuous festive brunch features an unlimited selection of dim sum, appetisers, soups, rice, noodles, signature dishes and dessert. Guests can also opt for additional free-flow package cocktails and wines and G.H. Mumm champagne. The festive brunch is priced at HK$538 per person.
From December 23 to January 1, 2019, guests can celebrate the holidays with the eight-course Christmas and New Year menu. The dinner menu begins with a festive appetisers platter featuring red jellyfish tossed with wasabi, smoked poached egg with caviar, chilled greenhouse cucumber with Japanese black garlic and garlic, followed by a range of signature dishes such as fried egg whites with fresh crabmeat and black truffles, slow-roasted US Angus beef short rib with honey sauce, steamed rice with charcoal-grilled Hungarian Mangalica hogs with honey sauce, as well as pan-fried egg and Tycoon Tann signature roasted Peking Duck. The set menu is complete with sweetened dumplings with egg white almond cream and the restaurant’s signature chilled black sesame rolls.
