Enjoy a delectable Easter Sunday Roast at the popular restaurant

On Easter Sunday, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching a one-day-only Easter Sunday Roast, where guests can relish in a selection of delicate snacks to share, including a choice of egg dish and appetiser; a roast main course served with all the trimmings; and selections from a dessert trolley. Dishes to highlight include lobster bisque; slow-roasted USDA prime rib of beef carved table side; pan-seared john dory with madras, coconut, mussel, ginger and lime caviar; and roasted veal tenderloin ‘Bahlmann’ with herb crust and glazed chicory.

The Easter Sunday roast menu includes a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne for adults at a price of HK$1,088 per person, while children can enjoy a glass of non-alcoholic beverage with their menu priced at HK$528 per person. A free-flow Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne option is available at HK$1,288 per person and an upgrade to unlimited refill of Krug Grand Cuvee is available at HK$2,988 per person.
