The Japanese-Italian restaurant launches a five-course festive dinner and weekend brunch with complimentary cocktail

This Father’s Day, Aqua is presenting a festive feast for fathers with dishes prepared from the restaurant’s Italian and Japanese kitchens. Highlights on this year’s Father’s Day menu include grilled octopus with roasted aubergine and chilli, together with stone-grilled wagyu beef with butter soy sauce. Guests can indulge in a selection of beverage packages, including a two-hour free-flow option for Cremant Blanc de Blanc for an additional HK$100 or Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne for an additional HK$300 per person. For an elevated dining experience, opt for the Ruinart experience which includes both Rose and Blanc de Blanc champagne as accompaniment for dinner at an additional HK$500 per person. The exclusive Father’s Day dinner menu is available from June 19 to 21, and is priced at HK$788 per person. 
 
Aqua is also home to a special Father’s Day edition of the restaurant’s signature Because Brunch on June 20 and 21. From noon to 3:00 pm, guests can indulge in new dishes such as courgette flower and corn tempura and Italian mussels and clams in white wine sauce, best enjoyed with a new complimentary cocktail prepared by one of Asia’s 50 Best bars’ mixologists. The Father’s Day Because Brunch is priced at HK$588 per person, with options for additional beverage packages available.
