This spring, Mandarin Grill + Bar is presenting a new seasonal menu featuring premium white asparagus. From now until June 1, guests can indulge in a new tasting menu crafted by chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge. The exclusive tasting menu consists of four courses showcasing the best quality white asparagus. The unique menu is priced at HK$1,800 per person. A new full a la carte menu will be available.
