This holiday season, celebrate the joyous occasion at Épure, featuring pristine French fine dining with modern touches. The establishment’s festive menu features premium ingredients such as duck foie gras, French oysters, spider crab, Dover sole, langoustines, lobsters, and fine artisanal cheese, in an array of fine courses designed and crafted by executive chef Nicolas Boutin. The menu is best enjoyed with a vintage wine pairing experience designed by the group’s wine director Sebastien Allano. The eight-course festive dinner menu is priced at HK$1,888 per person,available from now until December 31, 2019.
