This holiday season, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching a festive celebration with gastronomic delights, prepared with a fine harvest of seasonal ingredients such as white asparagus, wagyu beef and black truffles. Simon Guthridge, chef de cuisine, is presenting a four-course and five-course dinner menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, priced at HK$2,288 and HK$2,988 respectively. On New Year’s Eve, guests can indulge in an exclusive five-course dinner tasting menu with highlights such as the Guthridge’s roasted blue lobster and beef Wellington. The tasting menu is priced at HK$3,588 per person, inclusive of a complimentary glass of champagne to welcome the new year.
