Indulge in an esteemed culinary experience brimming with festive spirit

This winter holiday season, Mandarin Grill + Bar at Central’s Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong offers a tempting range of classic festive dishes and holiday classics. For December 24, 25, and 31, the restaurant’s chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge has designed a selection of holiday tasting menus featuring premium ingredients such as oysters, wagyu beef, blue lobster and black truffles. The tasting menus, complete with a complimentary glass of champagne for a holiday toast are priced from HK$2,388 per person. On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, guests can also opt for the restaurant’s signature roasts paired with an unlimited refill of Ruinart blanc de blancs champagne, priced from HK$1,688 to HK$2,988 per person.
