The Sheraton’s rooftop restaurant is home to a special champagne pairing seafood celebration throughout the month of February

Love is certainly in the air this February, as lovers celebrate romance on Valentine’s Day, but there is little reason to stop the celebration there. Oyster & Wine Bar at the Sheraton is collaborating with esteemed champagne house Laurent-Perrier in presenting a special month-long promotion, where guests can embrace their love for seafood.

With a stunning panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour, Oyster & Wine Bar specialises in fresh seafood, including approximately 25 to 30 varieties of fresh oyster varieties sourced from around the world. Throughout the month of February, the rooftop restaurant is presenting a special seafood menu with an exclusive flight of Laurent-Perrier champagnes to match.

Guests can begin the evening with a pair of La Lune Cadoret oysters, a cool starter served with kiwi and micro-greens, a refreshing start pairing with Laurent-Perrier Brut. The menu also features various courses including pan-seared sea scallop, roast Challans duck breast, and pan-seared MSC Patagonian seabass, followed by a thin almond and apple tart. The set menu is served throughout the month of February (except for Valentine’s Day) and is priced at HK$1,588 per person.

On Valentine’s Day, the romantic venue is introducing a different set of champagne pairings for the month’s special menu. Guests can get an exclusive sample of the brand’s Grand Siècle Grande Cuvee, one made by combining three grand crus and cellar-aged for at least eight years before consumption, with the pan-seared scallops, as well as the Laurent-Perrier Demi-Sec to pair with the sweet apple tart.

The Valentine’s Day exclusive menu is available on HK$1,988 per person and is served on February 14.
