Spend a romantic evening at a classic European restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui

Hugo’s has been one of the most sought-after romantic restaurants in town for almost half a century. This Valentine’s Day, you are invited to enjoy their six-course dinner menu celebrating love.

The feast will begin with gourmet appetisers, including Dutch veal tartare with quail egg, oscietra caviar, cream cheese, mustard ice-cream and micro leaves, followed by caramelised Gillardeau oyster with cucumber, mango, radish and affilla cress. The next course is a creamy saffron foam soup with lobster tortellini, pine nuts and basil.

For mains, Hugo's is offering a succulent sous vide red mullet with beetroot, endive, peas and curry foam, and a rich and intense Irish dry-aged Chateaubriand with pumpkin, vanilla, brussels sprouts, enoki and madeira jus.

Of course, the meal should end on a sweet note. The restaurant's pastry chef has created the “Heartbeat”, a dessert composed of a spicy chocolate cup filled with jasmine tea and chocolate mousse, and decorated with edible strawberry diamonds atop of bergamot parfait. As the name of the dessert suggests, the plate is decorated with a heart motif and a cardiogram line to hint at the elevated pulse you might experience when with your loved one.
