The Californian-inspired eatery is celebrating the special day with a six-course menu

This Valentine’s Day, Commissary is launching a unique Californian-inspired menu for lovers. Guests will begin with a Prosecco cocktail, followed by shrimp ceviche with mango, papaya and chilli salsa, popcorn chicken and chilli jam, and chorizo bake with tomato and jalapenos. The restaurant will present its signature 14-hour smoked brisket, served with chilli and grits, as well as heart-shaped raspberry and rose mousse for desserts.

The one-night-only Valentine’s Day menu is priced at HK$390 per person, and advanced reservations are strongly recommended.
