Wolfgang Puck Kitchen is set to open at the arrivals hall in September 2019

Celebrated for his wide-spanning celebrity chef career since the early 1980s, Wolfgang Puck is making his debut in Hong Kong, as his first Hong Kong outpost of Wolfgang Puck Kitchen soft opens at the arrivals hall of Hong Kong International Airport this September. Collaborating with Lagardere Travel Retail, the new restaurant is set to bring Californian-inspired casual fine dining to Hong Kong.

The Austrian chef began his culinary training at age 14, followed by stints across Europe, from Paris’ Maxim’s and L’Oustau de Baumaniere in Provence. In 1982, Puck opened Spago in Hollywood, California, and for over three decades the esteemed chef has appeared on food shows, opened celebrated establishments and published cookbooks on worldly cuisines. With dining concepts spanning over 50 locations from airports to hospitals, Wolfgang Puck is set to oversee the kitchen operations and menu offerings for his first Hong Kong restaurant.

The new establishment offers all-day dining options from breakfast to late-night supper, where guests can enjoy American-style breakfasts and contemporary twists on a la carte dishes prepared with local and organic ingredients.
