The Chinese restaurant at Sheraton Hong Kong unveils prized labels from the esteemed winery served with a new menu designed by newly-appointed chef de cuisine Jack Chan 

This autumn, Celestial Court at Sheraton Hong Kong is launching a one-night-only exclusive wine dinner on October 26 featuring labels from the Beringer Winery, whose selected wines will be paired with newly launched signature dishes designed and crafted by Jack Chan, the establishment’s new chef de cuisine.

Chef Chan is set to present a new five-course dinner menu featuring notable signatures such as pan-fried MSC silver cod fish with crispy conpoy, baked king tiger prawn with garlic oil and pumpkin dumpling with custard and coconut cream. Priced at HK$1,988 per person, each course of the event’s menu is paired with a wine from the Beringer winery, with highlighted labels such as a rare 1996 Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2013 Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
