The popular fine dining establishment presents a collection of new seasonal dishes

This summer, Mandarin Grill + Bar is launching a new menu featuring a range of seasonal dishes. Designed and crafted by the restaurant’s chef de cuisine Simon Guthridge, guests can indulge in the establishment’s new signature dishes such as house-made salmon gravlax; beef Wellington and Japanese A5 Kagoshima wagyu. The new menu is available for both lunch and dinner from July 4, 2020 and is priced starting at HK$1,388 per person.
