The chef at Sheraton's signature Chinese restaurant is making use of premium seafood products from all over the world, such as MSC Patagonian cod fish, jumbo oysters from US, botan ebi from Canada and fresh sea urchin from Japan

Chef Jack Chan of Celestial Court at Sheraton Hong Kong has specially created five delicate seafood dishes for the season, including golden deep-fried oyster topped with sea urchin and sautéed green pepper, and botan ebi with wild mushrooms and salty fish sauce. Don't miss his two signature dishes of roasted MSC Patagonian cod fish with crispy conpoy and delicate steamed crab and crab roe with fried rice wrapped in lotus leaf.
