Chef Ricardo Chaneton To Recreate Titanic Dinner At Restaurant Petrus

The restaurant will present the menu that was once served in the first-class saloon of Titanic a century ago

For one night only on 14 April 2018, Petrus will transport diners back in time to experience a unique gastronomic journey with a dinner menu that was last served on the iconic Titanic the exact night more than 106 years ago. 

The stupendous 10-course menu will be manifested by chef de cuisine Ricardo Chaneton, with a slightly modern interpretation of the dishes, which include fillet mignon Lili, roast guinea fowl, lamb with mint sauce, cold asparagus with saffron vinegar and Waldorf pudding. The menu is priced at HK$2,388 per person. 

Moreover, for a truly top of the class experience, Master Sommelier Yohann Jousselin has hand-picked some of the best vintages from the early 20th century to elevate the dinner to another level. The wine pairing dinner with limited seating is priced at HK$25,888.
