To bring an auspicious beginning to the Year of the Snake, Fine Foods, the patisserie at The Royal Garden in Tsim Sha Tsui has crafted an array of sweet treats, as well as candies, for your delectation. We love the meticulously crafted peony cake in pink, which is a fresh strawberry cream cake with petals made from white chocolate chips. Other beautiful and delicious creations include the red bean rolls wrapped in marzipan, which are shaped like firecrackers, and the mandarin-shaped mixed fruit cream cake that represents good fortune.
