Lindt and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong jointly present a six-course chocolate dinner menu

Following on from the success of the first Lindt chocolate dining experience last year, the collaboration between Lindt and The Ritz-Carlton is back with a six-course interactive chocolate dining experience. From November 18 to February 28, 2014, guests can enjoy a special seasonal chocolate dinner menu at the Chef’s Table, with pairings such as:

- Sicily red prawn, organic garden green, lemon curd and chocolate soil, with Lindt Excellence 70 per cent cocoa dark

- Kurobuta pork belly, with Lindt Excellence 99 per cent cocoa dark
