The master chef is set to present his unique Asian-inspired cuisine and a one-night exclusive collaboration with Le Pan’s executive chef Edward Voon

After a successful guest chef showcase this year with Sergio Herman, Edward Voon of Le Pan is kicking off 2019 with chef Christian Bau of Victor’s Fine Dining at Moselle Valley. Bau is set to bring his multi-layered, cosmopolitan cuisine which is influenced by travels in Asia and a profound appreciation of the Japanese culinary arts to Le Pan. Together Bau will be presenting two set menus, a five-course lunch and eight-course dinner featuring his signatures such as Brittany turbot and razor clam with katsuobushi, Nordic langoustine and truffle with koshihikari rice and edamame tofu, as well as Bau’s new interpretation of chawanmushi and a pre-dessert of snowball with red shiso, yuzu, sake, and Calpico. On Saturday, January 12, Bau will join hands with Le Pan's Edward Voon, co-presenting a unique four-hands wine dinner menu.

The five-course lunch menu is available on January 10-12, priced at HK$1,080 per person with an additional option for wine pairing at HK$600 (four glasses), The eight-course dinner set menu is available from January 10 and 11 and is priced at HK$2,480 per person, with an additional eight-glass wine pairing option for HK$1,400 per person. The Christian Bau and Edward Voon four-hands eight-course dinner menu is served on January 12, and is priced at HK$3,880 per person with eight-glass wine pairing included.
