The Italian restaurant at Harbour City presents unique two-day exclusive menu for the winter holidays

This Christmas, Andrea Zamboni of Paper Moon is presenting a holiday-themed five-course dinner menu for the joyous Christmas times. The menu begins with caviar and potato espuma, followed by traditional capon broth and tortellini served with truffle shavings; seafood cannoli with tomato cream and basil oil; followed by grilled strip loin and lobster tail with chives crushed potatoes as main course. The Christmas menu is complete with mascarpone mousse served with red wine pear compote and grappa ice. Paper Moon’s Christmas menu is priced at HK$1,088 per person.
