Indulge in an eight-course menu with authentic and delicate Chinese dishes for the New Year celebration
Celestial Court’s award-winning chef Chan Siu-kei has designed an array of delectable traditional Chinese dishes for the celebration of the Year of Goat. The New Year menu includes dishes such as:
- Stewed chicken with South African abalone, conpoy and black mushrooms
- Braised superior abalone slices and goose web with oyster sauce
- Braised pork trotter with sea moss and vegetable
- Steamed crab accompanied by hua diao
Traditional New Year pudding and turnip pudding will also be available to celebrate the beginning of Year of the Goat.
The eight-course Chinese New Year set menu will be available from February 18 to 22, 2015, served between 6:00pm and 11:30pm, and is priced at HK$3,680 for four persons.
From February 19 to March 5, 2015, the Chinese New Year à la carte menu will be available between 6:00pm and 11:30pm.
