The establishment celebrates the harvest of Tuscany’s white truffles this autumn with guest chef Silvia Regi Baracchi

Celebrating the season’s best white truffles, Cobo House is showcasing the harvest in an exclusive white truffle menu designed by guest chef Silvia Regi Baracchi from Boscovivo. Harvested from Tuscany, Italy, winter white truffles are featured throughout the new six-course exclusive dinner menu

From October 29 to November 2, guests can enjoy Baracchi’s signature white truffle menu, featuring notable courses such as fish tartare with marinated scampi and truffle broth, broccoli puree served with anchovy, poached egg and truffle to start. Guests can choose between spaghetti or tagliolini to be served on a bed of creamy cod with truffle breadcrumbs. For the main course, potatoes tortelli is served with bean sauce and rosemary, while a breast of duck is topped with pumpkin sauce, ground black olives and truffle, followed by a panna cotta served with Baracchi’s own truffle-flavoured honey.
