This Christmas Eve, Pacific Place’s California-inspired Commissary is showcasing a festive smorgasbord featuring buffet-style traditional holiday delights such as roasted turkey with sage and onion stuffing, slow-smoked pork shoulder, and braised brisket ragu, together with a selection of side dishes such as creamy mashed potatoes, baked yams with maple and chilli butter and Brussels sprouts with bacon, as well as festive desserts with the likes of Christmas bread pudding and blackberry cobbler. The one-night-exclusive dinner menu is available in two sessions from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
