For a true experience for food and drink, Off Menu gathers four of the city’s most celebrated mixologists, from Sandeep Hathiramani and Gagan Gurung of new tea-inspired cocktail bar Tell Camellia, Best New Bar 2018 winner Agung Prabowo from his speakeasy The Old Man,  Joe Villanueva from our Readers’ Choice Best New Bar 2019 winner The Wise King, and Alex Pun from The Woods Nomadic. At Off Menu, Tell Camellia will be presenting a brand-new gin-based cocktail featuring Tanqueray No. 10 as the central ingredient. Prabowo is fusing a Hong Kong element in his creation with Talisker whisky, while Chow will revamp a Don Julio tequila-based classic with a local twist. Villanueva will be shaking things up with a unique mocktail prepared with Seedlip to round up the mixology line up at the three-day gastronomy event.

Rounding up the food and drink offerings available at Off Menu Hong Kong, Baijiu Society is presenting its Baijiu beer, paying homage to the traditional Chinese high-proof spirit that’s blended with British craft beer. Guests can also indulge in beverage offerings from Interval Coffee Bar. Founded by local champions Joshua and Caleb Ng, known to most as Twins Kitchen, the central café doubles as wine bar by night. Throughout Off Menu the brothers will be offering cold brew coffee, a special coffee tonic drink together with premium natural wines. Guests can also opt for water and fruit sodas from San Pellegrino throughout the dining event.

A unique dining experience is not complete without a good playlist. Off Menu is celebrating Hong Kong’s talents at the festival, featuring DJ Kulu and indie band Mukzi & The Island to play live at The Peak Galleria. A local champion spinning on the decks for over three decades, DJ Kulu is set to bring his unique sound to Off Menu throughout the three days. As one of the most recognised buskers in Hong Kong, Mukzi is a local talent who fronted Hong Kong band Phoon before forming The Island in 2018. The now popular indie band will feature its signature urban acoustic R&B and folk ballads at the venue throughout the weekend.
