Indulge in a winter holiday feast with dazzling harbour views.

This Christmas, Cucina’s chef de cuisine Andrea Delzanno is presenting a classic Italian dinner menu, celebrating the festivities with a unique selection of dishes such as heirloom tomato and basil royale, marinated scampi, oscietra caviar and dehydrated pesto and mozzarella; handmade tortelli stuffed with guinea fowl, Romanesco and bell pepper sauce ; and baked halibut with sea urchin, black garlic, lobster emulsion and asparagus; as well as roasted wagyu beef sirloin with beetroot puree, baby carrots and duck liver powder. The festive menu is complete with a dessert named Little Christmas Tree. On Christmas Day, Cucina presents a special brunch, where guests can feast on a seafood tower featuring oysters, lobsters, and ocean catches, together with antipasti, duck liver burgers, various pasta and Christmas turkey, complete with traditional Christmas desserts such as the Yule Log and panettone with vanilla sauce.

On New Year’s Eve, the Italian restaurant showcases a range of Italian flavours in the one-night-only celebration for the arrival of the new year. Highlights in the New Year’s Eve menu include lobster salad with crabmeat cannelloni, guacamole, oscietra caviar and mango sauce; baked sea bass with roasted auberrgine, cucumber and coriander sauce; and a main course of roasted wagyu fillet, seared duck liver with spinach powder and cherry sauce; and a sweet dessert finale of chocolate sphere with strawberry, yoghurt foam and elderflower rings.
