Chef Andrea Delzanno is crafting dishes with the exclusive seasonal treat this season

Celebrated as the ‘white diamond of the dining table’ and cherished by food lovers from around the world. Cucina is presenting a taste of white truffles this autumn. The restaurant’s own chef Andrea Delzanno is crafting an array of six dishes featuring the luxurious ingredient, from his new signature scrambled Taiyouran egg on toasted bread with seared Hokkaido scallops and white truffle, to handmade tagliolini with butter, Parmigiano cheese and white truffles. Guests can indulge in a white truffle ice cream with hazelnut sponge and truffle mascarpone as a sweet finish to the seasonal menu. Cucina’s new white truffle menu is available from October 22 to January 10, 2020.
