The classic Cantonese restaurant presents an upgraded brunch concept with unlimited dim sums and exclusive champagne

Celebrated for its Cantonese spin of the Western brunch idea, Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira is launching an exclusive upgrade of its unlimited dim sum brunch in honour of Le French Gourmay 2017. Guests can indulge in a limited menu designed by chef Edwin Tang, starting with a dozen dim sum varieties such as signature har gau, or shrimp dumplings, as well as steamed wild mushroom and black truffle dumplings, and crispy taro puff with diced chicken and foie gras. Guests can select a choice of three main dishes, including crispy wagyu beef cheek with foie gras in brown sauce, pan-fried Hokkaido scallop with egg white and ginger, and stewed duck breast with barbecue sauce.

The limited edition brunch is paired with a free flow of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2006. The special dim sum brunch is priced at HK$498 per person (with free flow of soft drinks and juice), with an additional HK$150 for free flow wines, and HK$250 package for free-flow Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2006 package available on Saturdays from 11:30am to 2:30pm on May 6, 13, 20, and 27.
