The French patisserie launches new lace cake to celebrate the lingerie house’s 65th anniversary

Celebrating La Perla’s 65th anniversary this year, Dalloyau is presenting an all new collaboration with the Italian lingerie house this autumn. From now until November 30, the French patisserie presents La Perla Maison 65th Anniversary Cake, an all-new creation inspired by the lingerie brand’s remarkable features, including a pink-colour theme and lace designs. The celebration cake features a white-peach-flavoured mousse complimented with pureed pear embellished with Poire Williams eau de vie. The cake is decorated with an edible rose lace fondant and pearl frosting to match with La Perla’ brand characteristics. The limited edition cake is available until November 30, 2019.
